Who is Eligible?

Qualifying military and family members must include:

  • Active Military Personnel in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard
  • Reservists Serving on Active Duty and members of the Delayed Entry/Enlistment Program (DEP)
  • Veterans 
  • Retirees
  • Spouse/surviving spouse, or other household members

What do I need to bring?

Once approved and given a certificate number, you will need to show proof of active service that may include one of the following:

  • Military Leave and Earnings Statement
  • Delayed Entry/Enlistment DEP form
  • Retirement Form
  • Veterans/Retirees "DD-214" Form
