In retaining the EcoBoost turbocharging and direct fuel-injected technologies, the V-6 has upgraded to the second generational version. In similarity to the 2017 F-150, the 2018 Ford Expedition is equipped with both port and direct fuel injection. Although no data has been shown yet on the fuel injection, experts say peak rating will be different than the 2017 F-150.
