The adventurous 2024 Ford Bronco Sport comes in five great trims this year. Every trim comes with a generous safari-style roof, all-wheel drive, and a rugged style that inspires drivers to head off the beaten path. Check out our guide below for some highlights from this year’s options.

Trim Levels of the 2024 Ford Bronco Sport: Tailor Your Adventure

Big Bend

The entry-level Big Bend is a practical compact SUV equipped with a 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine that delivers 181 horsepower. Useful features abound, like the smartly designed manual liftgate that comes with two adjustable floodlights, and a bottle opener.

Big Bend’s technology features keep this compact SUV feeling modern, even when you bring it out into the woods. We love the eight-inch LCD touchscreen, loaded with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Ford has added great safety assist features as well, including pre-collision assist, and lane-keeping system. Blind spot information system is also standard and comes paired with cross-traffic alert.

Heritage

This trim is super fun for drivers who love a little extra style. The Heritage comes with an Oxford White roof, helping it stand out. The interior of this trim has plaid cloth seats, with a Heather Navy Pier design. You’ll also have second-row rubberized seat backs that are easy to clean.

Free Wheeling

New for 2024, the Free Wheeling trim adds fun design elements inspired by vehicles from the 1970s. Inside, you’ll have cloth seats with ombre stitching and a sunset weave cloth. Outside, you’ll have 17-inch wheels with Red accents, a two-tone Black roof, and body graphics down the sides designed to look like a sunset.

Outer Banks

This trim is a great choice if you’re looking for a few more comfort and convenience features, like a remote start system. It comes with premium-trimmed front bucket seats, as well as a heated and premium-wrapped steering wheel. The steering wheel comes with a Bronco badge, cruise control buttons, and audio control buttons. The Outer Banks trim has unique 18-inch machined-face aluminum Ebony Black painted wheels.

Badlands

The Badlands trim takes the Bronco Sport’s rugged capabilities up a notch, starting with an advanced 4×4 system with twin-clutch rear drive. You’ll have 250 horsepower under the hood, delivered by a 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine. The Badlands has lifted off-road suspension, upgraded dampers, and all-terrain tires. It comes with 8.8 inches of ground clearance, making it a great off-roading vehicle.

This trim also has a front 180-degree camera with split-view. Its terrain management system comes with seven optimized modes, including Mud/Ruts, and Rock Crawl. In these two modes, you’ll have a unique view of the trail surrounding you using the split-view camera, helping you make informed decisions on unusual terrain.
